Minimum Fare Policy
Our services are subject to a minimum fare. For shorter journeys, this may make the cost appear higher than expected.

Address and Vehicle Selection
Please Enter your address starting with the house number, and for airport bookings, select the correct terminal if applicable. Ensure the number of passengers and luggage is accurately reflected when choosing your vehicle. Incorrect information may result in insufficient space and your journey being cancelled upon arrival.

For airport, port, or train station pickups, provide your arrival time and any relevant details such as flight number.

Large Events
If your pick-up or drop-off is near a major event, such as football, concerts, or arenas, please Call/E-mail us before booking online. Additional charges may apply due to traffic and increased travel time.

Price Concerns
If you feel the quoted price is incorrect or are unhappy with the cost, please reach out via Call / E-mail. We’ll verify the price and address any system issues to provide clarity and peace of mind.

Vehicle Options
Our Vehicle Options are as Follows;
First Class (Mercedes S-Class/BMW 7 Series)
Executive (Mercedes E-Class or Similar)
Executive MPV (Mercedes V-Class or Similar)
8 Seater (Mercedes Vito)
16 Seater (Mercedes Sprinter Minicoach)
Please ensure you choose the Correct Vehicle type for the number of passengers, and luggage requirements. This is to avoid Additional Charges or us being unable to complete your Journey. Depending on availability, you may receive a higher tier vehicle to complete your journey such as Mercedes S Class for Executive booking, for example, you will never receive a lower tier vehicle without prior notification and acceptance from you. Drivers will formally dressed for all bookings, including as a minimum a Shirt and Tie. For Wedding bookings a Full 3 Piece suit will be worn. Casual/Smart Casual dress will be worn ON REQUEST ONLY.

If you require specific vehicles such as an electric car or a wheelchair accesible chauffeur vehicle, please email us directly for a tailored quote.

Booking Confirmation
After booking online, you will receive a booking confirmation by Text and Email, an invoice for the full fare will be attached to the email, if this hasn't been paid in full at the time of booking. The Balance for the journey MUST be cleared 48 hours prior to any journey by BACS or Online Card Payment.

Driver assignment may occur closer to your travel date, up to 72 Hours before. Feel free to contact us for reassurance if needed.

Payment
ALL Online bookings require a deposit. The remaining balance is payable 48 hours prior to your journey taking place, in case of cancellation within 48 hours of your journey, in most cases the full cost of the journey will be retained. This does NOT Include rescheduled journeys.

All Inclusive, Transparent Pricing
The quoted price includes all tolls and drop-off charges. but please note, any extra stops, waiting time or drop-offs not included in the initial booking will incur additional charges.
