Minimum Fare
All bookings are subject to a minimum fare—shorter journeys may appear more costly.

Booking Info

• Start your address with the house name or number when imputing into booking system.

• For airport bookings, ensure to select the correct terminal and provide flight details.

• Ensure correct passenger and luggage numbers—incorrect info may lead to cancellation on arrival due to capacity of the vehicle.

 

Events
If your trip is near a major event (e.g. football, concerts), contact us by Call or email before booking online. Extra charges may apply due to waiting time.

Please Choose based on passenger/luggage needs:

• First Class – Mercedes S-Class / BMW 7 Series - 1-3 Passengers 

• Executive – Mercedes E-Class or similar - 1-3 Passengers 

• Executive MPV – Mercedes V-Class - 1-7 Passengers 

• 8 Seater – Mercedes Vito - 1-8 Passengers 

• 16 Seater – Mercedes Sprinter Mini Coach - 1-16 Passengers

You may receive a free upgrade; no lower-tier vehicle will be provided without your approval.

 

Dress Code:

• Drivers wear a shirt & tie as a minimum.

• Weddings: 3-piece suit.

• Smart casual: On request only.

Confirmation & Payment:

• Booking confirmation will be sent immediately by text & email.

• Full balance due 48 hours before travel via Bank Transfer or Card Payment.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur full charge (excluding reschedules).

Tolls and drop-off fees are included.
Extra stops, waiting time, or unplanned drop-offs may cost more.
